Candyce Offett
Candyce is President of RPNA. She has lived in Ransom Place her entire life. In her family, she is the third generation to live in the neighborhood, her daughter the fourth. She loves living in Ransom Place because it is in walking distance to so many restaurants and historic buildings and places, and she’s gotten to watch it change and evolve over the years.
Sylva Zhang
Sylva serves as Vice President. She moved to Ransom Place in 2015 and is grateful to call this incredible community her home. From having a neighbor offer to fix her broken faucet, to being able to bike to work, to recognizing her post lady, she has never felt more connected than in this little pocket of Indianapolis.

Kate Dobson
Kate Dobson recently joined the neighborhood, and answered the call to serve as RPNA secretary. She is the Assistant Director of International Alumni Relations at Indiana University Alumni Association, and her dedication to building community is evident in all she does.
